Cell Phone Policy

Guidelines & Procedures:

Any staff requesting a cell phone must submit their request to their Dean for approval. Upon approval, the Dean must submit this request to the appropriate Vice President for approval. The requisition if approved is then submitted to the Office of the Chief Information Officer for approval, procurement and activation. At the time of submission, each Vice President must indicate the applicable charge account for this transaction.
