ITSdelivers key systems, products and services to support and enhance instruction, research, and administration at Langston University. We bring our clients secure and ready access to vital information, everywhere from labs and offices to classrooms and student residences. We provide hiqh-quality support services that enable students, faculty, and staff to take maximum advantage of an innovative technology-inspired environment. We develop standards, policies, and systems that safeguard LU's information assets, and we track and harness emerging technologies to benefit the University. ITS is responding aggressively to the University's ever-growing demand for cost-effective delivery of information technology services. We are also exploring avenues to deliver services to heightened expectations of "anywhere/anytime" access to new and expanded services.

Vision Statement
The vision of Information Technology Services (ITS) at Langston University is to continue to deliver quality technology-related services to the community. This will entail acquiring, deploying and managing new technologies which will allow our community to be more dynamic, productive and versatile while learning and working in a robust enterprise environment.

Mission Statement
ITS provides information technology (IT) infrastructure, leadership, systems, and services that enable, instruction, research and administration for Langston University’s students, faculty and staff. Key ITS systems and services include: voice, video and data networks; global internet connectivity, collaboration technologies, including e-mail and online directories. ITS also provides student information systems and the core administrative systems and data stores to enable effective business processes and service delivery.
