Langston University-Tulsa nursing students are active in many areas in the community.  This year, students will be volunteering services in the Susan G. Komen “Race for the Cure” to benefit breast cancer research.  Our theme this year is, “Building awareness and supporting the mission to save lives.”

Sapulpa Public schools has invited us to provide a booth at the 5K Fun Run on Saturday, November 8th. Students are encouraged to participate as we will be providing information on the topic, “Smoking Cessation”.

Student Faculty Forum

Students are encouraged to participate in the Student Faculty Forum, which is designed to allow input from the students to our instructors.  Class representatives from each level meet on a regular basis.  All nursing students are invited to attend meetings!
